Registration Entry Fees:
$25 adults, $15 youth (Age 8-13), Under 8- Free Includes: official event t-shirt (guaranteed for first 500 participants, if registered by 29 April), post ride lunch and all activities. You may pre-register online, or by mail.
5km Run/Walk/Stroller 10km Run/Walk 10 mile Bike 25 mile Bike 50 mile Bike Ask your friends, neighbors, co-workers, family, etc. to help fight SMA by making a donation to sponsor you to run, walk or ride! Collect pledges before the event. This can be done by either downloading a pledge form, or you can set up you own online fundraising page here. Bring the contributions that you collect to the ride or mail them with the pledge form (by April 23rd) to: Miracle for Mary Ride to Cure SMA PO Box 1484 Springfield, TN 37172. Please make checks payable to Families of SMA (in honor of Mary Nelson). Donations are tax-deductible.

Corporation highlighted as Title Sponsor in all event press materials and public service announcements. Butterfly Sponsor ($1,000 - $4,999)

In-kind sponsorships
In-kind sponsorships consist of a donation of a certain product or service instead of direct monetary contribution. For example, a restaurant may provide food/drink, a printer may provide printing of collateral materials, etc., in exchange for being recognized as a sponsor. There are numerous possibilities. The "market value" of the contribution must meet or exceed the specified amount listed in the sponsorship levels described above in order to qualify for sponsorship status. There can also be a combination of monetary and in-kind contributions.
